This Anderson Metals Brass Fitting, 3/8″ x 3/8″ Male Pipe provides a half union compression tube fitting. The fitting has a flared tube connection and a male NPT connection and is suitable for use with fuel and gas systems. It is made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. Connect this fitting with copper, brass, aluminum, or steel tubing to connect and disconnect two tubes more easily than with a coupling. It has a flared tube connection on one end and a male National Pipe Taper (NPT) connection on the other for connecting to a female NPT threaded tube.
