Overall a very nice water supply lineI purchased this line as the ones at my local hardware store only supplied ones that are 12 – 36″ long. I took the 72″ (Wish I grabbed the 60″, but was too wager to install) and vaildated that the hose, mesh dressing and connectors look to be of good quality (To be honest, I couldn’t tell the difference from the 36″ ones I purchased from the store.)1 week and still no leak… Would recommend

It’s a quick fix!Instead of redoing my water supply piping for the laundry tub, bought this hard to find connector length, just waited three 3 days for the delivery then presto! Instant connection already completed. I will see in few days if will not leaks but so far no encountered problem during installation.

WATER SMELLS LIKE BURNED RUBBERReleases noxious fumes and without a doubt binds with the water coming out of it! I went down to lowes and got another hose and the problem of our water smelling like burning plastic immediately stopped. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON, EVEN FOR YOUR TOILET, LET ALONE YOUR SINK! What if your pets drank from the toilet with this hose attached? not to mention your toilet, WILL smell like burned rubber. Don’t get it.

Perfect for my applicationPerfect for my application of fresh water supply line between 1/2 inch pipe on one end to my automatic horse waterer with a 1/2 inch male fitting on the other end. The flexible hose allows me some play in placement of my horse waterer. The metal reinforced hose keeps the horse from chewing it in half. The cone shaped washers allow you to finger tighten the nut with NO LEAKS. And the Price is reasonable.

Great, hard-to-find productThis was very hard to find. I needed it to for a toilet supply line in my RV. Most hoses with 1/2 inch FIP threads on one end, have something else on the other. Many of them also have large plastic covers you use to hand-tighten them (which wouldn’t have fit for me).This hose appears to be very solid and well engineered.One caveat: Because of the hex connectors on the ends, there’s a risk of over-tightening it. Hand tighten it, then give it another 1/4 turn with a wrench. Turn on the water and if it drips, tighten it just enough to stop the dripping. You can dry it with a paper towel, then use a dry paper towel in a few minutes to see if it’s still dripping.
