J-B Weld TankWeld is chemical resistant against petroleum, hydraulic fluids and many other harsh chemicals once fully cured. TankWeld is certified by the NSF and is safe for contact with potable water. After kneading the two part formula together by hand, it takes 5 minutes to set and cures in 1 hour. J-B Weld TankWeld set and cure color is dark grey.

J-B Weld TankWeld has lap shear strength of 900 PSI and will withstand temperatures up too 300°F. TankWeld can be molded, shaped, sanded, drilled and tapped. J-B Weld TankWeld can be used on fuel tanks, metal radiators, metal fuel or chemical tanks, metal housings and stripped threads. Surface applications include: iron, stainless steel, copper, brass,  and bronze.
