Very disappointedIt is much noisier than the Magic Chief we’ve had for eight years and that died 10 days. And this is supposed to be a brand new machine!

For countertop this is heavy.This was a replacement and as soon as I recently sent back the other the light went out. Is it possible to send another light. I don’t want to send the microwave back. Other than that issue I have no problems.

This microwave was NOISY!Purchased May 2020. Out of the box, it squeaked loudly. I removed the turntable, wheel ring, and the piece that covers the post and aligns the turntable. Everything seemed to be working but still, it squeaked. I even turned the wheel ring over. By the 4th week, the squeak turned into a terrible grinding sound and the turntable slowed down to a crawl I unplugged it and sent it back.

Not worth it!This was a great 1000 watt microwave UNTIL it was no longer safe to use in our office!. It produced an electrical smell and kept crackling inside the microwave 14 months after purchase! This microwave was purchased during the pandemic (May 2020) and wasn’t used in a high volume ever, not even this summer after maybe 20 out of 55 employees came back on site consistently. No company makes things to last anymore which is unfortunate. They just want the sales.

Keep the boxes – You need it for the return!Seems like a good deal. And there are a lot of good reviews.The microwave I received (on 1/26).5 days after receipt I realized the turntable wasn’t working.Kind of hard to tell since the oven light also was not (never was) working.Today (on 4/2) the microwave completely died while microwaving.Dead. No lights, nothing.Unplugged it. Check the breaker and the outlet, both were working fine.Now to try and return it after the boxes it came in have been recycled.My own fault on that. Should have known better.But certain things just should be purchased from a local vendor.Much easier to return if there is a problem.That being said, I would not recommend this microwave to anyone.
