Shipping and Delivery Policy

Products Sold and Shipped to You By

For products sold by and not by one of our marketing partners, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is ready to ship, and normally, your order will be with you after a further 5-7 days, depending on your location.

During this time of exceptionally high demand, pandemic-related, or weather-related service disruptions, delivery may take longer than 5-7 days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping for books shipped to North American destinations.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping for items we sell and ship ourselves.

Please refer to the vendor international shipping policy if you clicked-through to one of our affiliate vendor websites and submitted an order there.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can also log into your account to review your past orders and the latest shipping information.

If you have not received a tracking link via email for your order within 14 days of placing the order, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you.

If after receiving your tracking link, you have not received your order within a further 14 days, please also contact us, as there may be issues in the shipping network within USPS.
