Worth ur moneyLove it for being so small it heats up my food quick even heavier meals like lasagna heat up wit lil to no problem n takes up so lil space in my tiny kitchen I would recommend especially for ppl who dont use microwaves often

Doesn’t Heat Up FoodI think I got a defective item. The bowl or plate gets very hot but not the food. Whether coming out of the pantry or fridge it takes at least 4 mins for anything to be warm & closer to 5 mins for it to actually be hot. I do not recommend.

Exactly what I wantedWe bought this model 10 years ago and it worked great until it didn’t. I wanted the same model again because of all the buttons and how easy it is to clean. It was available through RV and I was so happy! I wanted white and white appliances are more difficult to find these days.

Zero packaging!?!It’s a Christmas present so it’s yet to have been used. HOWEVER this damn thing arrived in its ORGINAL BOX! Right on my front porch! Why would you not make it a package?!! Beyond lazy, not to mention dangerous for the appliance! To beat it all the person it’s for got to see it clear as day before I got home from work 😊😊😊 Thanks a lot 👍🏼 Y’all suck

Takes FOREVER to heat foodWe bought this for our airbnb and I had never used it until we stayed in the house ourselves. This takes two to three times longer to heat things. It’s horrible at popcorn, I think it just doesn’t get up to the correct heat to pop the corn fast enough so it ends up either not popping all the popcorn or burning some and barely popping others. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Be ready to wait, and wait, and wait for your food to heat up.If you are a college student or living in a room situation, the microwave might work for you….if you have time. Even on high power, this thing takes several minutes (8 or more) to simply reheat a dinner plate. Forget about a frozen dinner. You’d be better off firing up the oven itself. It took 13 minutes to heat up a frozen chicken dinner. 2 5 minute cycles, then 3 minutes to finish off. I swore it was me with the wrong settings, but I reread the instructions and nope. It was not me. Highly disappointed.
