Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve
Design Engineering Vapor Block solves the problem of fuel and other fluids boiling from extreme heat and causing a vapor lock situation. Prevent rough idling and difficult starting caused by vapor lock with DEI Vapor Block. Vapor Block fuel line sleeve was specifically developed to prevent vapor lock in fuel systems by greatly reducing heat in the line to keep fuel cooler and below boiling. Vapor Block installs easily with a split design and adhesive flap. There is no need to disconnect the fuel line to install. Simply wrap Vapor Block around the line, remove the adhesive liner and press the adhesive flap into place. Made of glass fiber and polyester laminated to an aluminum outer layer, Vapor Block offers excellent long lasting thermal protection without paying for expensive repairs or modifications.

Pure garbage. Read reviews about it not sticking. I was careful to not touch it or get it dirty. The second I tried to push it around a bent in the fuel line- bam it opens back up won’t stick.By the time I was done installing the main piece not one single centimeter of it would stick. Ripped it off tossed it in the trash

Did the Job!
Used this to thermal insulate the fuel-lines of my ’68 Mustang to prevent vapor lock. Worked well, I needed to purchase a second one because the first wasn’t long enough. Straightforward and easy to use. I recommend this product.

I was concerned about both the quality and durability at this price.But I’ve had this in place for a few months now and it’s held up just fine.It was easier to install than i expected, although it’s clearly not going to provide an amazing amount of protection from heat given it’s very light amount of insulation.

Aside from that, it appears to be a quality product to provide some heat protection of whatever you wrap in it.I had to replace a section of my fuel line, which goes over the top of and near the side of the exhaust pipe. With the wrap, I feel more comfortable with routing the replacement line where it needs to go.

The tape part is useless. Really doesn’t stick well. I used zip ties to hold it on. Other than the tape seems to work well

Great product easy to installOther people who used this had issues with the foil tape holding. I used alcohol pad and wiped where the foil tape will be applied.Other people probably didn’t do that,You should always clean the area so any kind of tape you use for any kind pf application will stick.Like they say prep is the main part before applying anything.
