Just like the Challenger Bread Pan, our bench knife was specifically designed by bakers for bakers. The Walnut Bench Knife will help you create loaf after beautiful loaf of bread. The streamlined walnut handle provides a comfortable grip, while the wide stainless steel blade gives you ample surface area to shape your dough. We also added a bevel to the blade which gives you better control and a nice edge for portioning your dough.
Care and Use
Do not soak, hand wash only and keep dry while not in use.
